For Ella and James, a destination wedding on a sun-drenched Greek island sounded like a dream - until they started organising it.
“We quickly realised we were basically running a travel operation,” said Ella. “Flights, ferries, hotels, dietary notes, time zones - there was so much to juggle. We wanted our guests to have a wonderful experience, not feel overwhelmed by logistics.”
With 60 guests flying in from the UK, Spain, and the US, coordinating everything over email and WhatsApp quickly became impossible. “We were sending the same information in five different group chats,” says James. “No one could remember which link was the right one.”

The couple say their guests felt like part of the celebration before they’d even arrived.

On the wedding day itself, everything ran to plan with no dramas to interrupt everyones happiness..
