Dom Beaven - Founder & CEO
With 15 years experience of defining innovative wedding technology, Dom co-founded the UK’s favourite Wedding Gift List Service, Prezola, in 2010 with wife Ali, and the Wedding Website platform, GettingMarried, in 2016. His commercial acumen and drive for excellence combine to form a powerful business strategy, with a commitment to providing a best-in-class experience for Gather hosts and guests.
Ellie Beaven - Co-Founder & Head of Brand
Ellie represents this entrepreneurial family’s next generation, having seen the business first hand from the age of 10. Pairing this legacy with a Masters in Art History and a background at luxury brand agencies, Ellie ensures every touchpoint of Gather feels stylish, intuitive and unmistakably celebratory.
Jess Halliday - Head of Operations
After more than a decade heading up operations and customer service at wedding brands Prezola and then GettingMarried, Jess brings a sharp and distinct focus to product innovation and customer relationships. Her understanding of the wedding planning journey is second to none, which has been instrumental in the development of Gather.
Julie Stuckes - Chief Marketing Officer
With years of experience launching and growing online consumer brands, Julie leads the overall marketing strategy for Gather with diligence, efficiency, and a toolkit of marketing skills, focused on brand awareness and customer acquisition via digital channels.
Jeremy French - Chief Finance Officer
Leading finance teams at high-growth companies, often backed by Private Equity houses, is Jeremy’s forte. Having joined the board at Prezola in 2017 following an investment by BGF, he went on to lead the sale of the company to The Cambium Group in 2019.
Adam Pope - Chief Technology Officer
Co-Founder of multi award-winning development agency Storm Consultancy, Adam led the technical development of Gather from inception through to its successful launch in 2025. Adam brings over a decade of experience acting as CTO for tech startups and scale-ups.
Ali Beaven - Chief People Officer
Founder of Wedding Gift List favourite Prezola and winner of a cabinet full of awards including Entrepreneur of the Year and Retailer of the Year, Ali is passionate about company culture and doing things properly! Happy teams mean happy customers. She also throws a great team party.
