Gathering menu choices.

Gather can collect individual guest menu choices for as many events as you need.

To set up menus for individual events, follow the instructions in our ‘Sharing food & drink plans’ tutorial here.

Once your menu is set, guests attending the event will be asked to make menu choices when they RSVP. If they’re not ready to decide yet, they can come back to their personal Guest Area at a later date.

When RSVPs are open and guests are responding, you can download responses from the event details page by clicking Export guest choices. You’ll have the option to download the details directly or email them to yourself or your venue.
