Messaging your guests.
Once you have paid to activate your account you’ll be able to message your guests. You can choose to message individual guest groups, those attending specific events or the whole guest list.
To send a new message…
- Go to Guest messaging in the main menu and select View messages.
- Choose who you wish to message; All guests, those attending specific events, or individual guest groups.
- Add a Message title and Your message to guests and then click Send message.
Guests receive an email notification when they have a new message, inviting them to visit their personal Guest Area to view the message.
Note: Only guests with an email address can be messaged.
