Adding guests to the guest list.

With Gather you can add as many guests to your guest list as you like. Guests can be added individually, as couples or larger groups. You can also assign a Plus One to any guest.


To add a new guest to your guest list…

  • Scroll to the Guests section of your dashboard and click Manage guests
  • Click Add a guest.
  • You can now add the guests name and an optional nickname, e.g. Mum.
  • NOTE: Guests access Gather using their first and last names, so be sure to double check spelling.
  • Add the guests email address and phone number, or use our Contact Collector to ask them to do this themselves.
  • If you’ve set up your events, you can choose which events this guest is invited to.
  • If this is an individual guest, click Save and return to guest list.

To create a couple, family or group…

  • Click Add another guest to this group.
  • You can now repeat the process as many times as required to complete the group.
  • If there are children in the group, select Child at the top of the panel.
  • To add an unnamed additional guest, select Plus one at the top of the panel. The main guest will then be able to add details of their Plus one when they RSVP.

Once the group is complete, click Save and return to guest list.
