Sharing accommodation details.

You can share details of arranged accommodation or make hotel recommendations within the Guest Area.

You can manage this information in the Accommodation section from the main menu. If you do not want to share accommodation details, you can switch this section off by using the toggle.

If you are arranging accommodation for your guests…

• Use the Introduction message to guests box to share the details.
• Click Save when complete.

If you wish to make accommodation suggestions to guests…

• Use the Introduction message to guests box to explain this and click Save.
• Click Add a recommendation.
• Start typing the accommodation name. If it’s listed with Google, we’ll automatically add the details including a selection of images from which to choose.
• Alternatively, add these details manually.

Our Accommodation search automatically shows guests options close to your venue with availability for your dates. You can Turn this off if required.
