Sharing Gather with guests.

Guests access Gather by scanning your QR code, entering your personal RSVP URL or following a shared link.

To choose your RSVP URL and download your QR code, please review the tutorial here. You can then include these in printed invitations or buy Gather RSVP cards by following this link.

To share the RSVP link using your phone…

• Go to the RSVP Settings section of the main menu.
• Select the Sharing tab at the top of the screen.
• Click the Share RSVP Link button at the bottom of the screen.

The share screen will now open on your phone and you can send the link via any sharing platform (eg WhatsApp) to any of your contacts.

To share the RSVP link using your desktop…

• Go to the RSVP Settings section of the main menu.
• Go to the Sharing tab at the top of the screen.
• You can now copy the RSVP link URL, ready to paste into an email or any other sharing platform.
